Duties & Responsibilities: As an Assembler at Viavi Solutions, LLC, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of electronic and optical components, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards. Job Responsibilities Assemble various electronic, optical, and mechanical components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. Perform intricate soldering, wiring, and crimping operations using hand tools and specialized equipment. Conduct in-process quality checks and basic testing of assembled units to ensure adherence to specifications. Identify and report defective materials or components to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety protocols and quality control procedures. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes. Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools as required. Document assembly processes and complete necessary production records accurately. Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2
