Job Summary: The Lead RF Amplifier Technician - Service & Test is a senior, hands‑on technical leader responsible for supporting the daily execution of the Service and Production Test departments. This role serves as the manager's primary floor leader, coordinating daily activities, prioritizing workload, and ensuring efficient execution of service repairs and production amplifier testing prior to shipment. This position requires a combination of advanced RF amplifier technical expertise and supervisory‑level leadership capability. The Lead RF Technician acts as the floor general for Service and Test, resolving complex technical issues, guiding technicians, driving urgency and accountability, and maintaining safety, quality, and schedule performance. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & RF Expertise Serve as the lead technical authority for complex troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of high‑power RF and microwave amplifiers. Perform and guide advanced RF testing and system‑level diagnostics including gain, output power, efficiency, linearity, stability, and overall amplifier performance.
