Senior Benefits Analyst Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Onsite Reporting to the Senior Manager of Health and Welfare Benefits, the Senior Benefits Analyst administers all AMETEK's Health and Welfare benefit programs by providing a variety of analytical, technical and functional tasks that support the benefits system workflow processes in a largely outsourced environment. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: You will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the group health and welfare benefit programs including medical, prescription, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending plans, and Health Savings Accounts for our Active, COBRA and Retiree populations. Serve as the main point of contact with our health and welfare benefits administration platform and ensure benefits system functionality is maintained and operated at a consistently high level, meeting the needs of users/customers on an ongoing basis You will be the main point of contact for internal local HR teams throughout the country to answer employee compliance questions, vendor escalations and other health and welfare benefits items that come to us through the Corporate Benefits Inbox You will oversee all work with third party vendors to manage interfaces You will maintain data integrity through identifying and correcting system issues You will oversee the process for reconciling weekly funding and resolving data integrity issues with vendors and with internal Accounting.
