This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with our overall business objectives. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on expanding market share, driving revenue growth, and maximizing profitability within this high-potential territory. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: West Coast states: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and four states of Western Canada. Achieve all assigned annual sales targets and performance objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all identified business opportunities in Salesforce to ensure effective tracking of sales progress and project development. Manage the regional sales pipeline and provide weekly updates on progress toward monthly and quarterly sales goals. Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations during customer site visits to showcase company offerings. Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders in alignment with company policies and objectives. Collaborate with Product Application Specialists and Customer Support Representatives to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
