About this role

Final Assembly Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Onsite As a Final Assembler - Production Associate, you will assemble multiple types of components in accordance with specifications. The Final Assembler will: Handle and assemble components engineered to operate under thermal conditions reaching up to 380°C with appropriate safety equipment and protocols Assembly of all types of components in accordance with specifications. Document the inspections performed in accordance with company procedures. Perform in a safe and productive manner in compliance with company policies. Maintain workstations in a clean and orderly fashion. Perform other duties as required by supervisor or management. Final Assembler position requirements: High school graduate preferred but not required. Basic math skills and ability to read and write English preferred. Some experience in the use of the microscope preferred. Good vision (natural or corrected), excellent hand dexterity in both hands. Ability to perform in a sitting position for long periods of time and stand up as needed. Ability to work with washing solutions, multiplex flux, solvents, inks and paints and to perform in an environment where such chemical solutions are constantly being used. At times you will be required to lift up to 15 Lbs. Occasionally up to 25 lbs. Repeated standing, walking, and bending are required. Ability to perform in a production environment with unusual conditions such as high-volume noise level and dust. Available to work overtime if necessary, including weekends. Attend
