Division Vice President, Business Manager Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Remote The Division Vice President (DVP), Business Manager - is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and financial performance of Rauland's Education Critical Communication Systems business. This role owns profit and loss responsibility and leads the development and execution of growth strategies across product management and development, commercial execution, pricing, and operational alignment. The DVP serves as the general manager for the Education segment, driving profitable organic growth, market expansion, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with AMETEK's strategic objectives and Rauland's long‑term roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Business Leadership Own and execute the Education business strategy, including market positioning, portfolio direction, pricing strategy, and growth initiatives. Develop and execute multi‑year organic growth plans, including new product introduction, market expansion, and customer penetration strategies. Translate customer, market, and regulatory requirements into actionable product and commercial strategies. Serve as the primary business leader for the Education vertical, representing Rauland internally and externally. Financial & P&L Management Profit and loss accountability, including revenue growth, margin expansion, cost management, and working capital optimization.
