Technical Program Manager, Amazon Flex Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND Amazon's Last Mile Technology has the operational focus of providing new and different technologies to solve challenges in the last mile delivery space. We want to ensure a top-in-class customer experience from the time a customer places an order on Amazon.com to the time it lands in the customer's hands. We are looking for a TPM, who will be responsible for delivering programs with significant complexity and/or that have broad cross-organizational, global, or technology impact. Your work will focus on large product, process and engineering efforts, roadmap that solve significantly complex problems. You will be trusted to operate with complete independence and are often assigned to focus on areas where the business and/or technical strategy has not yet been defined. You effectively partner with all levels of leadership. You are adept at building consensus. You are able to represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to leaders to help them understand the decisions they have to make and
