Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager, ATS ROC Disruption Recovery Tokyo, JPN ポジション概要 Amazon Transportation Services（ATS）は、お客様にお約束したお届け日を正確に守るため、日本全国の輸送ネットワークを統括する部門です。ATSの重要な組織のひとつがRelay Operation Center（ROC）です。ROCは24時間365日体制で一日7000運行を超える複雑な輸送ネットワークを管理し、オペレーションをサポートしています。 ROCの中でDisruption Recovery（DR）チームは、幹線輸送において日々発生するDisruption（天災・事故・機器故障・人的ミス・需給の急変など、Cost & CXに悪影響を与える予定外の事象）に対して「電話やメールなどで最初に連絡を受ける」チームであり、この初報をもとにDisruptionの早期解決、CX（Speed・Quality）の最小化することを使命としています。本ポジションではDRチームの領域を拡大させ品質を向上させるMemberを募集します。 職務内容 本ポジションは、DR Teamにおける「解決速度の向上と対応範囲の拡大」に責任を持つIndividual Contributor（IC）です。管掌範囲はFirst Mile〜Middle Mile領域で発生するCarrier・Vendor・Sellerからの問い合わせの構造設計であり、解決に至るまでのEnd-to-Endプロセスを分析・再設計することでResolution Speed（Disruption検知から解決完了までの時間）を継続的に短縮していただきます。 Key job responsibilities 解決速度の構造設計 First & Middle Mile領域で発生するDisruptionの問い合わせに対し、受付から解決完了に至るEnd-to-Endのプロセスを分析・再設計し、Resolution Speedを継続的に向上していただきます。時間帯・案件タイプ・地域ごとのばらつきを特定し、構造的にSpeedのBarを引き上げる仕組みを構築していただきます。 対応範囲の拡大と導線集約 各拠点・Amazon社内の様々なチームに分散している幹線の問い合わせ導線を整理・集約し、DR Teamにおける一元的な管理体制を構築し、更に統一されたSLA基準を設計・適用することで、対応範囲の拡大とCostの最適化を同時に実現していただきます。 Metricsによる継続的改善の推進 Primary Metrics（Resolution Speed）と他のMetricsの因果関係を検証し、改善施策の効果を定量的に評価していただきます。さらにデータに基づく意思決定の仕組みを確立してWeekly/Monthly Business Reviewを通じてチーム全体の解決品質とCost効率を検証・報告していただきます。 A day in the life 日常業務（20%）： Primary Metrics（Resolution Speed）の日次モニタリング、異常値検知時のInput Metrics深掘り プロジェクト推進（60%）： 問い合わせ導線の集約プロジェクト、Coverage拡大に向けたStakeholderとの調整、プロセス改善の設計と実装 分析・レポーティング（20%）： Metrics間の因果関係検証、改善施策のROI算出、WBR/MBRでの報告資料作成・報告 【休日】土日祝 【勤務時間】フレックス勤務 【働き方】原則：週5日品川オフィスへの出社 About the team 本ポジションの所属部門等に関する詳細は、下記リンク先をご参照ください。 【部門】 ■サプライチェーンマネジメント(SCM)・ミドルマイル部門の紹介 ~~社員インタビュー~~ 【職種】 ■プロジェクトマネジメント職種の紹介 ■事業企画/プランニング職種の紹介 【勤務地】 ■東京オフィス(本社)の紹介 Basic Qualifications: - ビジネスレベルの日本語力 - 英語力（日常会話が可能なレベル） - コンサルティング、オペレーション設計、業務プロセス改革のいずれかで5年以上の実務経験 - 複数ステークホルダーとの協業によるプロセス改善プロジェクトの推進実績 - KPI/Metrics/Dashboardの設計・構築経験 Preferred Qualifications: - 物流・サプライチェーン・幹線輸送オペレーションでの設計経験 - SQL/Python等を用いたデータ分析経験 - 大規模オペレーション環境（コンタクトセンター、物流センター等）でのプロセス改善経験 - End-to-Endのプロセスマッピングと改善の実績 - インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
