About this role

Supply Chain Manager , WW Engineering Nashville, Tennessee, USA We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team . In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the automation of Amazon Logistics delivery stations across North America and Europe. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team for new product development, identify and select strategic suppliers, lead complex negotiations, and ensure seamless project from technology proof of concept development to scale up strategy and execution. Key job responsibilities Supplier Selection and Qualification: o Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on capabilities, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. o Lead the negotiation process to secure favorable terms and conditions for our organization. o Conduct rigorous supplier qualification processes to assess their ability to meet our quality, delivery, and performance standards. Project Execution: o Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and efficient execution. o Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate them. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project stays on track. Supply Chain Optimization: o Continuously analyze supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. o Develop and Implement strategies to scale up the technologies across regions with qualified suppliers o Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and address any issues promptly. Risk Management: o Identify and assess potential supply chain risks, such as supplier disruptions, quality issues, or geopolitical factors. o Develop and implement contingency plans to minimize
