As a Sr Program Manager, Firstmile management, you will be the single thread owner in managing 3PL partner including cost negotiation, planning mid-long term network for AMXL Firstmile network, analyzing warehouse/network data for operational improvement, implementing new tech such as warehouse management system, trouble shooting of tech/IT with IT team and launch execution of new site. You will be a part of the Supply Chain team engaging with leadership on getting it approved, and reviewing the plan vs actual, highlighting and mitigating risks on the way to see your work impact on real world business and end customer satisfaction.
