About this role

Sr. Program Manager, Central Operations Systems Management Tokyo, JPN Are you excited to drive high-visibility, strategic logistics and technology solutions? Central Operations (Ops) JP is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong record of achieving results, to own and execute strategic initiatives for Central Ops Systems Management (COSM). COSM team is dedicated to improving Delivery Station (DS) and Delivery Service Provider (DSP) performances through back end systems configurations, ensuring smooth DS operations and optimal route planning. Our configurations encompass settings for all existing Amazon DS such as Large DS, Exchange Points (XPT), Mini DS, 3PL (AMPL), Sub Same Day (SSD), Amazon Logistics Extra Large (AMXL), and Quick Commerce. You will work cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at senior levels to understand, implement, and improve COSM programs and initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with multiple functions and teams including program management, delivery station operations, last mile tech, planning, routing, network optimization, middle mile, topology, finance, analytics, transportation, and more in Amazon Logistics (AMZL). Such exposure and collaboration with a variety of teams allow opportunities for further career growth within Amazon and beyond. You will actively solve problems ranging from immediate challenges to long term programs. You will manage multiple projects, own schedules, outline key milestones, and ensure deliverables are met.
