About this role
Sr. PM, Inbound Services, Japan Consumer Innovation Tokyo, JPN Amazon Japan is looking for an innovative, service-oriented Senior Product Manager for our inbound supply chain services team. You will be responsible for designing and developing digital services for our vendor partners. This highly visible role will re-imagine the vendor experience for inbound, drive process streamlining and service innovation, ultimately delighting our vendor partners with a first-of-its-kind B2B experience. You will build new vendor self-service capabilities to accelerate adoption and improve the vendor experience in delivering products to Amazon. The right candidate is obsessed with making things just work for the customer. You think big and are highly strategic in driving clarity of product vision and direction. At the same time, you are detail-oriented and can dive deep to understand complex processes, existing system interactions and system dependencies so as to deliver a streamlined customer experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with lots of ambiguity and take care of what needs to be done to unblock teams and advance business objectives and goals. You must be able to lead at a senior level, establish trust with global teams and represent the customer in all interactions. You will work closely with local business teams, supply chain and technical teams around the world. You will implement effective change management strategies to build the Amazon Supply Chain of the future.
