This role will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for AWS.com, one of the world's most critical digital properties serving millions of customers globally. The website is a critical channel to tell our story, drive pipeline, and deliver a seamless customer experience. We're looking for a Sr Manager of Website Experiences to own and execute our global website roadmap, driving business impact through a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a digital expert who thrives at the intersection of UX, web performance, SEO, and conversion optimization, and who can lead complex, cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, optimize customer experience, and lead cross-functional initiatives that directly impact AWS's business growth. This role will be expected to drive impact and scale, while leading complex website initiatives, cross-functional alignment and collaboration, continuous improvement, and website innovation. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in web operations, content strategy, and digital transformation within dynamic sectors like B2B, or e-commerce. Beyond leading cross-functional teams, this role involves a deep understanding of the latest web technologies, UX/UI design principles, and SEO/AEO strategies, coupled with the responsibility to mentor a team of professionals.
