For those passionate about Amazon's Private Brands business, the Sourcing Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to dive deep into data, collaborate with global suppliers, identify process improvement opportunities, and design scalable, long-term solutions. Working alongside product development, quality assurance, operations, transportation, and customer service teams, you'll execute and continuously improve best practices in Global Sourcing. This role touches nearly every aspect of Amazon's worldwide operations-including retail, legal, product compliance, transportation, tax, treasury, accounting, graphic design, customer service, and public relations. You'll manage the end-to-end global sourcing process: product planning, vendor/item setup and maintenance, pricing, packaging, assortment planning, and vendor relationship management. The ideal candidate thrives in a demanding yet collegial, team-oriented environment. Domestic and international travel may be required.
