Associate Category Lead - Logistics CN Shanghai 15% Category Strategy: You will execute sourcing strategies in alignment with overall category strategy. Leverages market data, cost modeling to support the development of negotiation strategies. Supports contract negotiations. 15% Supplier Relationship Management: You will develops relationships with suppliers focused on total cost of ownership, advantaged supply chain, innovation and continuous process improvement 15% Organizational & Operational Excellence: You will develops and nurtures internal cross-functional relationships. Develops efficient channels for capturing effective market intelligence. 15% Cross-Functional Collaboration/Stakeholder Management: You will actively participate in Commercial Council and serves as a key driver for accomplishing Council goals. 40% Building Organizational Capability: You will utilize 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process and Enhanced Sourcing Tools in day to day work.
