We are looking for a Software Development Engineer on our Observability Insights team. In this role you will design, build, and operate distributed systems that process high-volume, real-time logs and other event data at Amazon scale. You will work closely with senior engineers to deliver features and improvements to our product, and related stakeholder services - contributing directly to Amazon.com's availability and resilience! Key job responsibilities - Building and improving low-latency data pipelines that handle terabytes per minute - Shipping features that surface correlations, anomalies, and root-cause signals to internal engineering teams - Operating production Tier-1 services - with the context and training to actually fix things - Collaborating across our Org and partner functions (Incident Management, Change Safety, Platform teams, Internal customers) to plug our insights into broader resilience tooling - Driving automation that reduces toil and makes life better for engineers (including yourself!) You'll work closely with senior engineers who'll help you grow, and you'll have real ownership from day one. About the team - The
