Senior Program Manager, DSP Pricing Tokyo, JPN Do you want to play an important role in creating our pricing strategies? Do you thrive on leveraging data for decision making? Are you looking for a role where you can have an impact on the business? The JP Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Pricing team. As a Senior Program Manager in JP DSP Pricing team, you will develop and execute recommendations for pricing and rate cards for DSPs across Japan. This role will be responsible for pricing models that drive the cost structure for DSPs in Japan and recommend incentive strategies that deliver capacity growth and flexibility. You will partner with Program, Product, Operations, and Technology teams across Last Mile to deliver long-term scalable solutions and improve process efficiency. You will be deeply connected to the data, possess a high degree of ownership, and make excellent decisions. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, be customer obsessed, able to overcome obstacles, and have excellent written and verbal communication. The candidate should be comfortable leading cross-functional business decisions, aligning partner teams, and recommend long-term solutions grounded in data. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, has attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, and a passion for data.
