Quality Analyst II, Flex I&O Tempe, Arizona, USA Amazon Flex Investigation and Offboarding (Flex I&O) is looking for a Quality Analyst to ensure compliance and maintain the highest standards across our investigation operations. This pivotal role involves conducting meticulous audits of cases, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement in quality and performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, analytical rigor, and adaptability in response to evolving business needs. This role is open in Tempe, Arizona at the PHX12 location. Key job responsibilities -Conduct thorough audits of Flex cases to ensure stringent compliance and uphold high standards. -Analyze audit findings to identify positive and negative trends, proposing actionable solutions to enhance performance and quality. -Take ownership of quality issues, offering high-quality solutions and championing proactive improvements. -Exhibit excellent analytical skills to review cases and provide well-informed feedback to Investigation Specialists. -Demonstrate technical competence and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision. -Display flexibility by supporting additional tasks, deep dives, and escalations as needed. -Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while achieving and maintaining high-quality and performance metrics.
