About this role

Principal Partner Success Specialist, AWS Specialist and Partner Organization Herndon, Virginia, USA As a Partner Success Specialist (PSS) within the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) org, you will be responsible for scaling AWS's customer success methodologies across our partner ecosystem to drive measurable business outcomes and accelerate customer value realization. You will architect and implement frameworks that enable partners to drive and measure customer value post-implementation. This role combines strategic enablement with hands-on execution to establish partners as extensions of AWS's customer success organization. This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. Key job responsibilities Strategy and approach: - Develop strategies to align partner success initiatives with AWS' long-term growth objectives - Design and adapt CS CoE's 'Activate to Advocate' framework for partner implementation - Create partner-specific success metrics, health scoring models, and value realization playbooks - Develop governance models and operational excellence guidelines for partners - Architect scalable approaches to measure and improve partner-led customer outcomes - Contribute to the AWS Value Realization Toolkit for Partners Partner enablement and program execution: - Enable partners to build and scale their customer success practices by helping demonstrate how creating
