About this role
Principal Business Development Manager, Automotive Industry, AWS Tokyo, JPN Are you interesting in joining our AWS APJ Automotive & Manufacturing Business Development team to drive transformational solutions for our largest customers? We are looking for a seasoned Automotive Business Development leader with experience creating opportunities in automotive and mobility for the worlds largest OEMs and their Tier 1 suppliers. The ideal candidate will have both business and consulting background, with experience working with Automotive & Mobility customers, with demonstrated experience interacting at the CxO/VP level, with a good understanding of technology and the technical depth to easily interact with technical architects. This role requires a strong passion for customers, a high level of comfort navigating ambiguity, and a keen sense of ownership to deliver results. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience taking to market new cloud enabled solutions within the Automotive sector, focusing on Software Defined Vehicles, ADAS, autonomous driving, but able to discuss from product design to manufacturing to distribution to service/dealer management in Automotive. Your experience would come from engaging key Line of Business and Technical stakeholders for creating pipeline and accelerating deals at a major Automotive customers and prospects. This role requires maintaining a customer-obsessed mindset while working with hundreds of different personalities across the organization.
