About this role
PM, Event Strategy & Planning, Supply Chain & Transportation Planning Luxembourg, LUX This Program Manager role for event strategy works within the EU Supply Chain & Transportation Planning team. They work cross-functionally across Operations and Supply Chain to Plan and Improve how we execute high volume/velocity events (like Prime Day). They will innovate for our customers to ensure that we have integrated solutions to enable high volumes to flow from Order to Delivery through our 1P and 3P paths with the speed and quality that Amazon customers expect, at a cost that enables us to continue to spin the flywheel. Amongst other tasks and a dynamic workload to match the priorities of the business off-peak and in readiness for peak, this role will focus on: Coordinate EU level projects such as Lesson Learned Tracking and action status updates as well as building and maintaining a Peak Preparation Flash report for an EU level audience. Support with Administration of DBR and WBR processes to drive accountability in action tracking and effective capture of meeting discussions. Support with readiness strategy reviews, actions and document preparation. Central learning and action tracking from major review cadences/Xbrs. Key Skills: - Doc writing - Learning quickly - Challenge Assumptions - Innovate Improvements: Improve Processes and drive improvement workstreams and projects. - Influence at all Levels & Drive decisions with strong data led written and oral communication. - Digest Highly Complex Problems, Break Them Down into Clear Actions and Drive the Results.
