Amazon's Global Stores (GS) provide customers access to Amazon's worldwide selection with a localized search and browse experience, convenient local payment options, end-to-end delivery solutions and access to native customer service on the local Amazon marketplace. GS simplifies the cross-border shopping process by clearing customs on the customer's behalf and by guaranteeing that the customer will not have to pay any additional duties and import fees beyond what is shown at checkout. RBS AGS team shares Global Store (GS)'s vision to empower customers to “Stay Local, Shop Global” with an objective to improve GS customer experience and maximize the revenue potential of GS ASINs by fixing cross-listing, Buyability, discoverability and detail page conversion defects at scale. Key job responsibilities As a Marketing Manager of RBS Cross Board CX, you will work as an expert to cooperate with various teams of Amazon and drive implementation of programs, to enhance customer experience and contribute to business growth. You will have chance to forecast, plan, implement and control the progress of programs and ensure successful delivery and achievement of goals.
