About this role

Manager, Security Engineering, Differentiated Security Team, Stores BST London, England, GBR We are seeking a technical leader to join the StoresBST Differentiated Security Team (DST) Leadership Team. This role is responsible for leading two of DST's four charters: Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Security Integration for the EMEA and APAC region and Differentiated Security Initiatives (DSI). As the M&A Security Integration lead for EMEA and APAC, this manager will operate under the direction of the Sr. Manager, SDO Security Integration, driving security onboarding for acquisitions from deal close through full integration across the EMEA region. This includes coordinating cross-functional security workstreams, managing post-close security findings, and ensuring acquired business units meet Amazon's security standards within established timelines. This technical leader will manage a geographically-dispersed team of security engineers and technical program managers. As the DSI charter owner, this manager will lead special projects that address security gaps in differentiated environments that introduce risk within Stores. This requires identifying emerging security challenges, scoping initiatives, and delivering solutions that reduce risk exposure across differentiated assets at scope and scale. The ideal candidate is a people manager who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, can balance concurrent workstreams across M&A integration and security initiatives, and demonstrates strong cross-organizational collaboration skills.
