Our Payment Product Operations team is the backbone of that experience, ensuring frictionless usability and purchase journeys for customers at scale. We are seeking a skilled people leader to join our International Payment Operations leadership team in Bangalore - someone who brings positive energy, builds trust across borders, and is motivated by the opportunity to lead a high-performing, supportive team through its next phase of growth. As a senior on-site leader, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of the team, hold end-to-end ownership of business-critical recurring processes supporting regional Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Tech stakeholders across Payments globally. You will be a visible, trusted partner to your team - coaching, developing, and championing their growth - while simultaneously driving substantial process improvement and automation initiatives. You will apply creative thinking, leverage agentic and GenAI solutions, and actively challenge the status quo to unlock new levels of efficiency and scale. This is a global role requiring strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust with senior stakeholders across all Amazon retail geographies.
