About this role

Financial Analyst, Capital Markets Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with 2-3 years in debt fundraising or financial services to join our Bangalore team. The role involves managing end-to-end debt fundraising activities, building relationships with lenders, and maintaining high-quality financial and investor data. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating fundraising transactions and strong data management capabilities. Key job responsibilities Debt Fundraising & Execution: • Identify and engage with banks, Non-Banking Financial Company, and financial institutions for debt funding • Support and execute end-to-end debt fundraising transactions (term loans, working capital, structured finance) • Prepare financial models, credit notes, and information memorandums • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) for timely data and documentation • Manage due diligence processes and lender queries Investor / Lender Relationship Management: • Maintain regular communication with lenders and stakeholders • Track discussions, negotiations, and deal progress • Assist in structuring deals based on business requirements and market conditions Data Management & Reporting (Critical Requirement): • Maintain and update lender/investor databases with high accuracy • Track deal pipelines, sanction status, disbursements, and repayments • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and data integrity • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic updates for management • Organize financial records, agreements, and compliance documents Compliance & Documentation: • Ensure all fundraising activities comply with internal and external guidelines • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all transactions • Coordinate with legal teams for agreements and closures Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years of applying
