Meet the Team Join the vibrant Finance team in Cisco Bangalore! You will collaborate with professionals from Center of Excellence and CX Finance. You will work alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive environment, focused on mentorship and collaborative learning. Your Impact As a Finance Analyst Trainee, you will gain practical experience in building impactful dashboards, understanding Cisco's business operations, participating in the month-end close process, and assisting with the consolidation of statutory accounts. You will develop key skills in financial analysis, reporting, and contribute to the team's overall success. This is a 12-month apprenticeship program including on-the-job and classroom-based training. You will also have the opportunity to learn new reporting tools like Power BI and FinBO. Minimum Qualifications A genuine interest in finance and a desire to pursue a career in this field. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn. Good organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications You should have Bachelor's degree in Accounts / Finance with no active backlogs.
