About this role
Customer Solutions Manager Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo, BRA You will serve as an essential partner to our customers, leveraging your experience with large-scale cloud transformations and helping guide them through the stages of AWS adoption. You will guide the customer through the operational, educational, and governance aspects of a successful AWS cloud journey. partner to our customers, leveraging your experience with large-scale cloud transformations and helping guide them. You will interface with customer and AWS leadership, driving collaboration among the other key account groups (sales, support, solutions architecture, and professional services), product/engineering teams, and customer teams, planning and supporting large workload migrations. You will translate strategic initiatives in the account plan into actionable items, working backwards from our customers' key milestones. You will manage cadence by leading reporting and tracking functions along the way. Executing educational plans, roadmaps for business outcome alignments, executive briefing sessions, and go-live events and transitions are some SDM-owned items that are essential to the success of our customers' cloud journey. You will be encouraged to think big, invent, and take ownership of customer challenges. You will not only bring the best of AWS/Amazon to our customers but also proactively help solve customer challenges through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms. Successful candidates will have a solid technical background, be detail-oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be exemplary communicators at both the executive level and the project team level. You will be a peer leader, with the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, negotiate, and lead virtual teams.
