In this role, you'll navigate complex government contracting regulations, negotiate technology licensing agreements, and ensure compliance across public sector relationships-directly influencing how these important institutions adopt cloud technology. Key job responsibilities - Review and analyze government solicitations, proposals, and regulatory requirements to assess legal implications and ensure compliance with applicable laws and procurement regulations - Draft, negotiate, and finalize technology licensing agreements and contracts with public sector entities, addressing their specific compliance and operational needs - Provide legal counsel to Sales, business, and executive teams on government contracting regulations, procurement requirements, and compliance obligations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Public Policy, and Security to address strategic legal matters and resolve customer inquiries regarding contract interpretation and regulatory compliance A day in the life As an Associate Corporate Counsel supporting our Public Sector Legal team, you'll work on a diverse range of matters that impact our government and education customers.
