About this role
ACES Leader Development, AU Learning Programs Melbourne, Victoria, AUS This role owns the design and delivery of academy learning experiences, the development and relaunch of the Quriosity technical learning platform, and the exploration of alternative learning solutions across Australia Operations, spanning Fulfilment Centres (FC), Delivery Stations (AMZL), and Sort Centres (SC). This is currently an unfilled role with interim coverage provided by other seats. The role spans three interconnected areas: Academy Facilitation (in-person and virtual sessions), Alternative Learning Solutions (LMS platforms and VR for leader and technical training), and Technical Solutions Development (Quriosity platform relaunch and learner passport system). Key job responsibilities • Academy sessions are delivered on time, to standard, and adopted by the business • The Quriosity platform and learner passport are successfully relaunched and actively used • Alternative learning solutions (LMS, VR) are evaluated with clear recommendations made to the team • Stakeholders trust you to own delivery across facilitation and technical development workstreams • Risks are surfaced early, trade-offs are clear, and delivery is sustainable • Learning solutions measurably improve Safety, Quality, and Operational Performance A day in the life At Amazon, leaders are developed through practical, scalable, and embedded learning. In this role, you will design and facilitate academy sessions for frontline and senior leaders, lead the relaunch of the Quriosity platform and learner passport system, and explore emerging solutions such as LMS platforms and VR to enhance leader and technical training at scale.
