About this role

Administrative Assistant Ripon, WI, US Overview The North America Operations Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the NA Operations team by working collaboratively with management on various tasks and projects. This role directly supports an operations leadership team of 13 members and acts as a conduit to the larger manufacturing operation across three sites. Coordinate logistics for customer tours and site visits to the Ripon facility, ensuring guests have a positive and welcoming experience. Use SAP and Microsoft Excel to update data, maintain records, and generate reports for the Operations team. Support the scheduling and coordination of the annual company-wide hearing test program for all team members. Assist in planning and organizing team events, luncheons, and meetings, including room setup, catering, and communications.
