Human Resource Administrator Apprentice Gurgaon, India - Remote/In-Office Hybrid About the Role A-LIGN is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support day-to-day India human resources operations. This role will assist with employee records, recruitment coordination, and HR compliance while providing administrative support to the India HR team. The HR Administrator will handle confidential information with discretion and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. Reports to India Human Resources Manager Pay Classification Apprenticeship position under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records in HR systems Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying data Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Track and manage leave requests and attendance records Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations Organize HR files and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Assist in planning employee engagement activities and training sessions Provide general administrative support to the broader HR team Minimum Qualifications EXPERIENCE At least 1 year of experience in general office responsibilities 1 to 2 years of experience in human resources tasks preferred SKILLS Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation Thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively Demonstrate capabilities with moderate supervision Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset who can work well within a team as well as independently Must be detail oriented and organized
