This role requires a combination of people leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate has experience leading engineers across a range of disciplines, can bring clarity to multiple concurrent workstreams, and is comfortable supporting both customer-facing application development and backend/platform systems. Strong technical abilities are vital for success, and you must have a passion for innovative software development with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to collaborate with other Engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Who you are: You thrive in a collaborative engineering environment that plays to everyone's strengths with a willingness to work across the entire stack. You have a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in software development and a deep understanding of API integrations and cloud services. You lead by example in adopting and operationalizing AI tools-both within the product and across the development lifecycle. Ideally, you have Python and AWS
