Role Summary The Manager Workers Compensation is responsible for mitigating Alaska Airlines' exposure to workers risk by formulating, developing, and leading workers compensation claims and litigation related activities, as well as driving down the total cost of risk managing workers compensation insurance and financing activities. As a people leader, the Manager, Workers Compensation is responsible for developing and executing the strategy and priorities for the team by leading the investigative and negotiation approaches and identifying key internal stakeholders and appropriate vendor partners to mitigate the financial risk of workers compensation claims to the organization.
