Conducts benefits audits and reporting. Manage vendor relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators. Monitors ACA measurement and ensures accurate eligibility classification for successful year end IRS filing of the 1095C and 1094. Manage FMLA, LOA, ADA Accommodation Processes, Workers Compensation and OSHA. Participate in plan design and benefits strategy initiatives including the creation of communication and benefits materials.
