THE ROLE As a Senior Product Manager at AiPrise, you'll drive the roadmap for a key part of our compliance platform, partnering closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ship impactful solutions for our customers. You'll contribute to product strategy, lead execution on meaningful initiatives, and play a central role in shaping how we serve our customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO PRODUCT OWNERSHIP - Drive the roadmap and execution for your product area, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs. - Make prioritization calls and ship work with accountability. - Own high-impact product initiatives that span teams and functions, helping define strategy, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes across the business. Product Development - Collaborate with engineering and design to create detailed product specifications. - Drive high-quality product development from discovery through delivery. Problem Solving - Break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable steps. - Work with the team to implement pragmatic, high-impact solutions.
