Reporting directly to the CFO, this highly visible role offers broad exposure across contracts, compliance, corporate governance, litigation management, intellectual property, and regulatory affairs. What You'll Do - Serve as the primary legal resource for business leaders across the organization. - Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts. - Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. - Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures. - Identify legal and regulatory risks and recommend proactive solutions. - Manage litigation, disputes, and outside counsel relationships. - Support corporate governance activities, including board materials, resolutions, and corporate records. - Oversee intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and related protections. - Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise leadership on potential business impacts. - Deliver training and guidance to employees on legal, compliance, and risk-related topics. - Conduct legal research and analysis across a variety of business matters. - Manage legal budgets and control outside legal spend. - Mentor and support legal team members as
