The work As a Product Owner / Product Manager in this role, you will drive the acceleration of operational AI adoption within a defense modernization initiative. Key responsibilities: - Lead Agile product management activities in alignment with the Agile Manifesto, ensuring rapid and iterative delivery of mission capabilities - Develop and maintain product roadmaps that accelerate operational AI adoption within a modern Hub-and-Spoke architecture - Drive user adoption planning and ensure solutions are designed with a user-centric approach - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including AI, DevSecOps, data engineering, platform engineering, and cybersecurity, to deliver integrated enterprise software solutions - Prioritize mission needs and capabilities, balancing stakeholder input with strategic objectives - Decompose high-level requirements into actionable stories, tasks, and epics for development teams - Oversee the integration
