Human Resources Generalist Hybrid, Vancouver, WA Contract 5-6 Months About the role: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team on a contract basis. This role will be responsible for benefits and compensation administration and compliance, leave management, and HR program support across the entire company. You work with a sense of urgency and thrive in a dynamic team and high-performance culture. This role is the first point of contact for HR-related matters which requires solid collaboration skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality Responsibilities: - Support core HR programs and processes, ensuring a positive employee experience, strong stakeholder coordination, and accurate, timely system updates. - Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health, 401(k), FSA, wellness), including enrollments, changes, terminations, and open enrollment activities. - Conduct compensation analysis using market data; develop insights, support pay recommendations, and contribute to merit and compensation planning cycles. - Maintain accurate, confidential employee records
