Job Description: The Associate Director, Operations and Communications will work directly with the Rheumatology franchise VP, senior staff and employees across sales, marketing and IBT to ensure strategic and tactical imperatives are communicated clearly and operating effectively and efficiently to advance the business, inspire internal stakeholders and elevate employee engagement and culture. Effectiveness in role includes day-to-day planning and execution of a strategic communications & operational plan as well as seeking opportunities to close gaps and elevate agility and engagement. The role also includes strategic projects to advance Rheumatology commercial or IBT organization as needs are identified. Responsibilities: Integrate marketing, sales, and IBT strategies to enhance overall communication, execution and engagement. Manage scope, project plan, logistics and schedule of strategic and tactical initiatives. Establish strong organizational tools to drive project progress, ensure deadlines and project goals are met, identify and resolve issues, identify and close gaps as needed.
