Job Description: To provide a Manufacturing Engineering service to the plant, in order to maximise the availability of Manufacturing Equipment. To ensure continual compliance with the policies relating to Personnel, Quality, Engineering, Safety and Finance. To ensure the performance of day to day preventative and demand maintenance activity to maintain manufacturing and utility equipment. To liaise with Production to ensure equipment performance is maximized. To maintain records and documentation on relevant Engineering Procedures and preventative/ demand maintenance. To liaise with Internal/External Engineering Personnel and contract maintenance providers in maintaining trouble shooting, and installing/commissioning equipment. To facilitate the implementation of Equipment projects/ process improvements. Responsibilities : Establish with the engineering team leader the department goals, schedules and timetables for activities. Stay abreast of developments in technology relevant to the processes being carried out on site. Maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Ensure successful external, Division and Corporate audits. In conjunction with quality calibration coordinator ensure compliance with calibration requirements. Completion of PM on manufacturing equipment. Completion of instrument
