Job Description: Role Summary The Clinical Specialist will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Allergan Aesthetics' AMI educational strategy across Ireland. This field-based role is focused on providing in-clinic educational support, developing tailored facilitation pathways for healthcare professionals, and supporting the delivery of affiliate-level AMI events and digital education initiatives. The role is primarily educational and facilitative in nature, supporting HCP development through a bespoke, hands-off approach that respects clinical autonomy while helping to improve knowledge, confidence, and patient outcomes. The Clinical Specialist will work closely with beginner and intermediate HCPs, supporting them through structured educational journeys aligned to the AMI Infinity curriculum. Key Responsibilities 1. Deliver In-Clinic Services (70%) Identify educational needs and develop recommendations to enhance clinical practice within aesthetic clinics. Deliver bespoke educational journeys for HCPs enrolled on a Facilitation Pathway, based on self-assessment of knowledge, skills, and confidence. Establish and maintain tailored AMI Infinity curriculum-aligned Facilitation Pathways with HCPs to support improved patient outcomes.
