SURF Engineering Lead Chandigarh, India The SURF Engineering Lead provides advanced technical leadership and subject‑matter expertise within subsea SURF engineering, leading large and complex multi‑disciplinary projects with accountability for critical engineering decisions. The role requires independent application of expert judgment across dynamic analysis, design verification and compliance with industry codes and internal engineering standards. Central to Oceaneering's delivery and growth strategy, the role serves as the primary technical authority and single point of contact for assigned business units, shaping functional technical strategy, mentoring engineers and SMEs and driving continuous improvements in engineering quality, analytical rigor, processes, and customer outcomes. Engineering Analyst Pune, Maharashtra, India As an Engineering Analyst, you will verify compliance of designs with strength and functional requirements through detailed engineering analysis and calculations for SURF (Subsea Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines) systems, directly supporting Oceaneering's project delivery objectives. Working under supervision, this role is critical to Oceaneering's delivery capability as you take ownership of assigned scopes, make sound decisions on routine engineering activities, and demonstrate initiative in achieving team goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Your ability to deliver high‑quality engineering outcomes on time, while collaborating and communicating effectively, will define your success in this role.
