Core Responsibilities - Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow-up with clients. - Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and agreements in a timely manner. - Coordinate with the renewal manager, software engineers and account management to ensure a smooth renewal process from end to end. - Track and manage the renewal pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot). - Address customer questions or concerns regarding renewal terms, pricing, and service levels. - Work directly with the Renewal Manager to proactively identify risks to renewal. - Maintain accurate records of renewal status and performance metrics. - Implement renewal groups once an agreement is reached. - Improve and streamline the renewal process based on client and team feedback.
