If you want to build the future of healthcare, we'd love for you to join us. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Renewal Coordinator to manage and streamline our renewal process. This position will serve as a primary point of contact for brokers and clients during the end-to-end renewal process. We are prioritizing a candidate in the Pacific or Mountain time zones, given they will support accounts in these regions. Core Responsibilities - Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow-up with clients. - Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and agreements in a timely manner. - Coordinate with the renewal manager, software engineers and account management to ensure a smooth renewal process from end to end. - Track and manage the renewal pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot). - Address customer questions or concerns regarding renewal terms, pricing, and service levels. - Work directly with the Renewal Manager to proactively identify risks to renewal. - Maintain accurate records of renewal status and performance metrics. - Implement renewal groups once an agreement is reached. - Improve and streamline the renewal process based on client and team feedback.
