Position Overview The Diagnostics Hematology Specialist will contribute to Adaptive's overall sales objective by utilizing their Hematology / Oncology background, relationships, and successful sales experiences to perform assigned sales-related activities to exceed sales goals. This sales role is primarily responsible for the sales growth of all their targeted accounts in the assigned geography. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the territory and administrative requirements efficiently to drive product sales. This role will act as the primary customer contact for physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals with products, services, and information to enable customers to use and prescribe Adaptive's portfolio of products safely and effectively. Key Accounts for this position are generally in the North Central, and examples include: Minneapolis, Des Moines, Sioux Falls. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions - Demonstrate clinical/disease and product expertise and deliver strategic customer education to ensure appropriate patient identification and ClonoSEQ utilization. - Work cross functionally with Internal partners and stakeholders to build and implement strong business plans.

Working hours for this position: - Tuesday-Saturday 9:30am-6:00pm Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions Primary Responsibilities - Receive and accession samples into the Laboratory Information System used by BSM - Identify problem samples/shipments and discern if issue needs to be escalated to another department or BSM leadership - Enter, upload, and ensure accuracy and completeness of information pertaining to samples and related projects through multiple systems - Ensure there is a record of every system transaction relating to each managed sample to evidence sample Chain of Custody (COC) - Ensure appropriate storage and transfer of each physical sample through the entire sample management lifecycle - Perform sample disposition management (disposal, return) - Perform check-in and check-out of biological samples to/from BSM - Perform sample transfers at the appropriate temperature to each department
