Position Overview The Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure is responsible for the information systems infrastructure including telephony, networks, technical support and computer operations and owns issue resolution of all IT infrastructure issues. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical & quantitative skills, critical thinking ability, high attention to detail, ability to derive insights from data and translate into a “story” that can be presented to both technical and non-technical audience.
