Director, Delivery & Operations United States, US The Federal Consulting team seeks a Director of Delivery & Operations to coordinate cross-functional operating improvements and resolve delivery-impacting risk across the Oracle Health Transformation Office. This is a hands-on operational leadership role - not a takeover of the day-to-day delivery execution already owned by existing teams. This role owns operational uplift, deployment-phase reporting needs, and delivery risk enablement, working across functions to remove the friction that slows delivery. The Director of Delivery & Operations drives operational improvement initiatives that reduce delivery friction, surfaces delivery risk early through gateway, governance, adoption, and readiness KPIs, and partners with key stakeholders to resolve issues that threaten deployment pace, quality, or readiness. The result is a faster, more consistent, and more measurable delivery operation, with clear escalation paths for recurring operational issues. Are you experienced in identifying what operating friction is slowing delivery and determining the intervention that will remove it? Can you coordinate improvements across functions without taking ownership away from the teams that run delivery? Do you thrive on turning operational signals into measurable cycle-time and productivity gains? If so, this role may be an excellent opportunity. Join us as we advance how health happens through technologies that support patients, clinicians, innovation, and improved outcomes. Our mission is to build a human-centric healthcare experience powered by unified global data.
