We are seeking a Senior Director - Trading / Head of Cotton Marketing to lead our global cotton marketing strategy and cultivate and maintain strong relationships across the value chain. You will play a critical role in connecting global supply with end-user demand, leading a team of 5+ direct reports fostering a truly collaborative environment. Role Purpose The Global Destination Trader plays a critical role in connecting global supply with end-user demand. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong sales network across major consuming markets, while actively expanding destination liquidity to support efficient physical sales. The destination trader continuously monitors counterparty credit risk and market exposure to ensure secure and sustainable trading relationships. Equally important is overseeing smooth execution throughout the entire transaction lifecycle - from the original point of inquiry and contract negotiation through logistics, documentation, delivery, and final payment for goods.
