Monitor rail market dynamics (pricing, competition, capacity) and align contracting decisions with operational and cost objectives. Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders including operations, aligning rail policies, processes, and standards and resolving railcar movement and supply chain issues. Partner with Accounting and business units to resolve invoice discrepancies, accessorial disputes, and routing issues; validate charges against contracts and TMS and support accruals/variance reviews.
