Oura is seeking an experienced and highly strategic Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Hardware Program Management group to drive the design, implementation and test of new batteries for Oura products. This role spans integration across disciplines: electrical, mechanical, firmware, system test, manufacturing. This position reports to the Senior Director of Hardware Programs. This Staff level TPM role requires not just exceptional execution, but also the ability to drive technical excellence, anticipate challenges far in advance, and mentor others. If you are a master of navigating intricate technical landscapes, a natural leader and communicator, and possess a deep understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle for integrated hardware/software systems, we want to hear from you.
